Nutrition bootcamp

GOAL: To redefine your relationship with food and to help you feel more comfortable in your body (weight loss, muscle gains, less bloating, happier, etc)

Bootcamp athletes receive:

-Weekly 1 hour meet-up or FaceTime call to (1) discuss successes and areas of growth from previous week and (2) explain expectations for the upcoming week

-Macro-based nutrition goals that are set based on your personal goals, food preferences, daily movement and current exercise levels

-FREE Bearfoot classes during the 6 weeks and access to digital copies of the workouts
